I had to post this. It’s too pretty and it is absolutely perfect for my apartment as far as color and the design goes. Manimani clock is designed by Brendan Young for StudioMold. Laser cut from steel, the clocks shape was inspired by dropping a handful of antique clock hands on to the floor and tracing their outline. Each clock comes with a removable back leg to enable wall hanging or table standing.

Believe it or not, the photo above is of a train interior in Japan.

It contains hundreds of toys, cribs for infants, and at the last stop on the line (Kishi Station), the stationmaster is a cat. Yea, you heard me right.. Meet Tama-san.

“Currently exploring the merging points between religious icon art, renaissance painting and comic culture. I am particularly thrilled by the kind of spiritual terror you find expressed in the paintings of the old Flemish masters, and trying to find out what happens when you apply that mood to the serene and harmless world of rural folk art. On top of that also rediscovering drawing at the moment.” - Heiko Müller

Sone, save some talent for the rest of us! Hehehe. Like the illustrations shown here, his black-and-white line art, are simply beautiful. He posted one for me (see below) on my MySpace last week. It made my day. It really did. So, thank you.
